These Terms govern your access to and use of the StructuredWave platform (“Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for actions taken under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

Use of Service

• Do not upload unlawful content or infringe others’ rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service.
• You retain ownership of your uploaded portfolio data; you grant us a license to process it to provide the Service.

Subscriptions & Billing

• Plans are billed in recurring intervals as shown at checkout.
• Taxes may apply. If using a Merchant of Record, tax is handled by that provider.
• You can cancel anytime; access remains until the end of the billing period.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, UI, and documentation, is owned by StructuredWave and its licensors. Your use is licensed, not sold.

Warranties & Liability

• The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in‑app notice. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
